ENGINEERED TO LAST.
190g/m² RingSpun Cotton. Tubular cut.
QUALITY AND COMMITMENT
NOT JUST COTTON. ENGINEERING.
Most t-shirts on the market are made from "Open End" (carded cotton) — a quick and cheap process that creates a rough and unstable fabric.
We refuse that.
KULT exclusively uses 100% Ring-Spun Cotton.
- The Process: Cotton fibers are continuously twisted and thinned before being woven (like steel cables).
- The result: A tightly woven mesh, incredibly soft to the touch, but with much greater tensile strength.
- Density: At 190g/m² , this isn't the kind of t-shirt that becomes see-through in the light. It's an armor of comfort.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Raw Material: 100% Ring-Spun (Combed) Cotton
The Science: Unlike regular cotton, short fibers and impurities have been removed, and the remaining fibers have been twisted and compacted. The Benefit: Zero pilling (those annoying little balls) after washing. Premium soft feel without the need for chemical softeners.
Structure: Tubular Body (Seamless)
The Science: The fabric is knitted in a continuous cylinder, without side seams. The Benefit: Greater ergonomic comfort (no seams rubbing against the skin while riding or moving) and the garment never "twists" in the washing machine (that side seam that ends up on your belly).
Resilience: Collar with Elastane
The Science: 1x1 rib (wavy) injected with real elastane fiber. The Benefit: The collar has "elastic memory." You can stretch it when putting on or taking off your helmet 1000 times—it always returns to its original shape. You won't end up with a "bacon" (wavy) collar.
Structural Reinforcement: Shoulder-to-Shoulder Seam Cover
The Science: A continuous strip of fabric sewn internally from one shoulder to the other. The Benefit: Maintains the "square" and masculine shoulder structure, preventing the shirt from "falling down" due to weight or sweat.
Safety: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified
The Guarantee: Tested against harmful substances. The fabric is chemically safe for prolonged skin contact, even when you sweat.
